Speaker's Biography: Mr. Tse Yiu Hon, Chairman of Hong Kong Trams Culture Preservation Society, has been observing, recording and promoting trams since childhood. He is passionate about researching tram-related materials and has introduced Hong Kong's trams to overseas magazines. Recognized as the 'Living Dictionary of Trams' by the tram company and hailed as a Hong Kong tram expert in Japan, he has also granted interviews to local and foreign media about trams. In 2017, he established the Hong Kong Trams Culture Preservation Society. In 2021, he organized an exhibition on Hong Kong's nostalgic trams. His publications include an English version of 'Hong Kong Trams', 'Hong Kong Trams - City Tracks' and 'A Century's Journey - Starting from the Electric Tramway'.
Please register in person at Quarry Bay Public Library or by phone at 2922 4055 two weeks before the commencement of the activity. The activity will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free. Seats are limited and will be allocated on first-come-first-served basis.
